Sadly disappointed.

I had high hopes for this phone , thought it offered everything I could wish for . To be fair it's nice and chunky to hold , the buttons are easy to find , it's loud, supremely tough but both the ones I had died within 7 months from problems usually encountered after using the blue tooth facility which leads me to suspect the problem was more that likely a software issue . Sonims customer support is very good and the three year guarantee is essential- you will need it. My advice would be, save your money and buy A Samsung Solid for around a third the cost and enjoy a working phone.

I wish that this phone is available at the moment, I would really like to get another one, it is a great phone and would recommend it without any regret at all, it is my favorite. I hope they would get it back in stock as soon as possible at amazon. GREAT PHONE.
