Love this phone

Contrary to previous reviews I have to say I love this phone. Acknowledge that this is not a gamers phone then you should be happy - it's a personal phone integrated with a business phone - but unlike it's 'business brick' counterparts it has all the added bonuses of the Android ICS app's . This phone does everything I want in terms of being an essential multi-tasking communications tool - 100%.

Does everything I need...

This phone does everything I need & more.It's fast & never misses a beat. I have dropped half a star from my rating for the complexities surrounding the dual SIM, you're never entirely sure which SIM is doing what & I have inadvertently incurred charges, when I thought I wouldn't, when travelling abroad & thought I was exclusively using that county's SIM.Camera is good enough for travel purposes, but can't compete with a real camera. I've a got a 32Gb card installed & that allows me to take loads of photos & video clips.The second half star dropped was for the volume outputted from the headphone socket, you might need to play about with settings if you like to output to a speaker.Very happy with this phone & none of the new breed are appealing enough to temp me to change just yet.

not well supported by Samsung

I bought one of these and am quite disappointed. It is a nice phone, but it lacks support from Samsung. It did not come with the GooglePlay app, so software can only be downloaded from the Samsung Apps site, and most of that software is incompatible with the phone. Even worse is when I contacted Samsung their solution is to return the s7652 and buy another model. I have a Tab and wanted a phone that would be compatible to easily sync the two devices. I have to wonder about Samsung when they produce a product and then fail to support it.I will probably switch to Apple in the future, I'm not a fan of Apple because I don't like being locked into one company's software and products, but at least Apple make their devices compatible and offer customer support.I am incredibly disappointed with Samsung. My advice is to avoid the s7652 and be wary of other Samsung products; try to ensure that the phone is supported by Kies and the Samsung App store, obviously not all of their products are.
