good phone, very fragile though!

This phone is great for people who use the internet a lot, I find it really easy to go online with. The touch screen is great, really easy to use and very sensitive. Only thing is it is a very delicate phone, as are most touch screens, but this one more than most. I dropped it once and I have already cracked the screen, and when I went to get it fixed it was too new to get a replacement screen :( But I would recommend this phone for anyone who wants a sleek, stylish and feature packed phone.

Terrible product

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PRODUCT ... it kept crashing and when I eventually just gave up and tried to return it the seller refused to give me a refund. They were just appalling and I will NEVER AGAIN buy anything from them again.THANKFULLY Amazon were absolutely brilliant and refunded me directly themselves for the device which I then returned back to the seller. Amazon have unquestionably the best customer service of any online vendor I have ever done business with and its always a pleasure to deal with them.

doesnt even deserve a 1 star the phone is rubbish the battery doesnt last very long lucky if it lasts a few hours battery goes flat even when i dont even touch the phone texting is not very good either when u turn the phone round for the better keyboard even when u shake it it does NOTHING
