I ordered this product and it arrived promptly from China in about 5 days. When I opened it I noticed on the box as saying it was an Android Note 3. The connection to the phone was Samsung.The other end of the power cord was a USB that you inserted into a small item with two electrical pins for North America with a separate adapter for the UK.When you read the instruction manual it tells you very clearly only charge the phone on 220 volts or the batteries will overheat.I tried the phone for a few days but there were connection problems and I decided to returned the phone. I sent the phone back and my money was refunded less the cost of return postage. When queried they advised that it will be refunded.Cant help but think that they were hoping I would forget to ask.I will never order directly from China again as I did not like to experience.Always through a UK retailer.Buying through Amazon is a very good safety net if something goes wrong.
